A Seller registers with us then posts their item by describing what the item is, selects a reserve price and the date to close the auction.

The item is posted and open bidding begins. Depending upon how good the description is, the seller may or may not be contacted during the open bidding to answer additional questions regarding the item for sale.

At the selected time, bidding is closed. SalvageService will notify the seller of the winning bid. The buyer will be instructed to contact the seller to complete the transaction. (The service fee is a commission of 5% or $50, whichever is greater, after the item is sold, and is the responsibility of the seller.)
